I would certainly recommend Two Hoots Cottage to anyone who wanted a value for money, get away from it all break but not to too many people as I would not want it to be booked when I next want to stay!!!!!!!!

Very comfortable cottage in an excellent location with lots to see and do. The private swimming pool is definitely an added bonus. Hope to return in 2011 for a longer stay.

This cottage is ideal for a quiet holiday for two. Pleasant surroundings wonderful views across the moors, it is located on a farm, although not a fully working farm there are still some animals. Just outside the cottage are the stables, housing two horses, the farm also had free range chickens roaming free and there were plenty of cows to be seen from the cottage window. There is also the use of a heated indoor swimming pool, we chose not to use it during our stay but it looked very clean and inviting.

A very clean, comfortable and compact cottage with everything you need for a holiday. Private access to the swimming pool was a bonus. Also a central base for a wide range of activities, and places to visit not forgetting the beautiful countryside in this area. An ideal base for a relaxing holiday, and there was not mobile phone signal making the stay "a complete get away from the stresses and strains of every day life". Lots to see and do to keep you more than busy for a week or more.

Two Hoots Cottage is an ideal retreat from busy life with the added bonus of a private pool. The cottage is extremely well-appointed and the owners are very helpful and have really thought about your comfort during your stay. It is a lovely cottage in a beautiful location surrounded by peaceful countryside - the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would recommend this holiday destination.

The cottage is an ideal position i.e. on an isolated farm and subsequently is very peaceful. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is excellent but even without it we would have enjoyed our holiday.

I would recommend this holiday to others for it's very tranquil location and the fact that you basically have a fantastic indoor heated pool to yourself! Lovely views, I could not fault this holiday.

The owners couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. The location is truly wonderful (if you are looking for peace and quiet) and views superb. We are already planning our return to this property.

The cottage is a real home from home and well placed for getting around the area. The use of the pool is a real bonus and we felt very relaxed after our holiday. we would recommend this cottage to anyone.

The swimming pool is a delight, with it's own toilet, shower, and changing room, a very added bonus, the farm is lovely, and the people without fault. Ripon is just down the road, as is Fountains Abbey, Studley Park complete with deer, and much more.

Nice welcome touches. Fresh flowers and chocolates in the lounge and milk in the fridge. The owner was there to welcome us as soon as we drove up and was always available to help us when asked . A really enjoyable holiday.
